Quality Engineer

Zeta Cable is looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer of cable harnesses, with our production headquarters located in Krakow, where we employ specialists from the electrical engineering industry.

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the quality of products manufactured by the company
Analysis and resolution of quality issues
Supervision over quality management systems, auditing and continuous improvement of these systems
Cooperation with other departments in the company to improve product quality
Training employees on product quality and production processes

Requirements:

Higher technical education, preferred fields: Quality Management, Production Management and Engineering.
Experience working as a quality engineer in a production industry
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system
Knowledge of quality problem-solving tools such as 5S, 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA
Analytical thinking skills, independence, and precision in work
Communicativeness and teamwork skills
