Continuous improvement of our production processes and industry knowledge are key elements of our quality strategy. The IPC standard is the benchmark we follow in the production of cable harnesses. We also have control systems in place, such as electrical connection testers, assembly templates, and dedicated equipment for terminal crimping, which help us maintain the highest quality of our products.
We provide full PPAP or ISIR documentation for implemented projects, including the production process FlowChart, FMEA, and all PPAP components, to ensure full control over the quality of our products and services. We also use 8D reports, which allow for the identification and elimination of root causes of problems in our processes.
As a manufacturer of cable harnesses, we not only strive for the highest quality products and services, but also for continuous improvement of our production and non-production processes. Our goal is to achieve 0 PPM, meaning zero defects, in order to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
